Pre-Move Survey:

JVK believes that counseling and fact finding at the pre-move survey are critical for a successful move. Our English speaking, and often expatriate, representative will evaluate your packing requirements and explain our methods for protecting your belongings. He or she will ask for your concerns and specific needs for timing, special packing, billing, or new purchases. Building management requirements at both origin and destination are also taken into consideration.

Moving Proposal:

Upon completion of the pre-move survey, JVK will prepare a door to door proposal in a timely, professional format. Our proposal will include detailed information about the services we provide, the timing, and the precautions we will take. Our proposal will be complete, with no hidden costs, and guaranteed.

Moving Protection:

Blanket pads, plastic containers, and other re-usable materials are utilized to keep the expense of the move in check and to avoid undue waste. Color coded stick-ons are used for organization. Our international packaging materials are used for protecting extremely valuable and fragile items. Hydraulic trollies, push carts, and four wheel trollies are utilized to minimize carrying. Carpets and cardboard sheets are used to protect both your old premise and your new one.

Packing Expertise:

JVK has 15 full time packing crews. A crew consists of five men: an English speaking supervisor and four professional packers. The packers are divided into two teams, each with a senior and junior packer. This system is very manageable for both you and our supervisors. All JVK packers are full time professionals, some with over 25 years of industry experience.

Transportation to Your New Home:

JVK has a fleet of 25 late model, covered moving vans for the safe transit of your office items between sites. Regular maintenance, monitored by our ISO 9002 procedures, ensures we are transporting your assets with reliable, clean, and safe vehicles.

Delivery Expertise:

JVK understands that it is imperative for your new home to be set-up and functional as quickly as possible. At your previous residence, we labeled and color coded to ensure that when we arrive at your new premise, items are placed according to plan. JVK will return as needed to ensure we remove moving containers right after the move and ensure that any and all moving issues are signed off and complete to your satisfaction.
