Our international packaging materials are used for protecting extremely valuable and fragile items. Hydraulic trollies , push carts, and four wheel trollies are utilized to minimize carrying. Carpets and cardboard sheets are used to protect both your old premise and your new one.
JVK utilizes only full time packers and supervisors to move your office. No casual laborers. Depending on the size of your office move, there may be more than one team assigned. A team consists of 4 packers and a supervisor. The team supervisors will work in harmony to keep the move on time and without confusion. Transportation to the New Office:
JVK has a fleet of 25 late model, covered moving vans for the safe transit of your office items between sites. Regular maintenance, monitored by our ISO 9002 procedures, ensures we are transporting your assets with reliable, clean, and safe vehicles.
JVK understands that it is imperative for your office to be up and running as quickly as possible. At your old site, we labeled and color coded to ensure that when we arrive at your new premise, items are placed according to plan. Your staffs items will be placed at their respective work stations or offices. Also, care is taken to ensure your new office looks new when we leave. JVK will return as needed to remove our containers right after the move and ensure that any and all moving issues are signed off and complete to your satisfaction.
